1 cup flour ¼ tsp baking soda 1 cup sugar ½ tsp nutmeg or allspice ½ tsp ginger ¼ tsp salt 1 cup shredded unsweetened coconut 3 tbsp water (or enough to stop the dough from crumbling Mix all ingredients.
