Quinoa – Besan Dosa (Crepes)

I feel Quinoa makes any dish healthy. These days I’ve been using Quinoa in many daily recipes. This is one such dish I prepared using cooked Quinoa. Onion Masala Rice

This is a quick fix and filling rice item at times when we ran out of vegetables. Happy Sriramanavami 2012

Atukulatho Sunnundalu (Sweet Beaten Rice/Poha Balls)

I saw this on a TV show long back and wrote down the recipe to try. This is slightly different to the regular Minapa Sunnundalu. In this we add more poha than urad dal. I thought this would make a perfect Telugu sweet recipe for Ugadi. So I tried it and they turned out so delicious and everyone loved them. I previously tried the traditional sunnundalu before and posted the recipes

Potato in Yogurt (Potato Perugu Pachadi)

Ingredients: 1 Big Potato or 2 small Potatoes 1 cup Plain Yogurt 1 small Onion, chopped fine 2 Green Chilies, chopped fine A small piece of Ginger, peeled and chopped fine A pinch of Turmeric Few Curry leaves 1 tsp Oil Preparation: Wash and boil potatoes until cooked.
