Hey folks, in case you couldn’t tell, I really don’t plan to write too much about my trip to Europe on this blog because this is basically a recipe and culture blog, and I have little in the way of that type of information from our trip. However, I do have one special recipe that I am happy to bring to you today. This is a delicious drink that I couldn’t get enough of in Madrid – Tinto de Verano . This Tinto de Verano recipe is one that I’ve created in celebration of my friend Gabrielle returning from Spain. I’m so glad she’s back in New Orleans!
- 1/2 cup fruity red wine (preferably Spanish wine)
- 1/2 cup San Pellegrino Limonata
