This recipe for Crock-Pot Citrus-Chipotle Pulled Pork is very simple to make with only 4 ingredients preparation time is just a few minutes and then just just dump everything over the meat and cook it. This recipe makes a good 20 servings. We cooked then froze half in a zippered freezer bag for a quick meal another day (plus a couple of lunches!). This would also be a great recipe to serve at a party or other get together.

  • 1 (3-5 lb.) Pork Shoulder Roast
  • 1 (24 oz.) Bottle Barbecue Sauce
  • 1 (7 oz.) Can Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce (see note)
  • 2 Large Oranges, zested and juiced
