Here is what I did today with 6 Chicken Leg Quarters. 3 Quart Jars of Chicken stock, 3 bags of cubed Chicken (little over 2 cups in each bag) and the container with the blue lid in the corner is my “dog extras”. This is the little bit of stock that I could not fit in the jar and the chicken skins and fat. Now let’s talk how and why.
