Pico de Gallo, also known as salsa fresca, is an uncooked salsa made with tomatoes, onions, and jalapenos.
- 12 Roma tomatoes (seeded and diced)
- 1 Large white onion (finely diced)
- 3 jalapenos (seeded, veins removed, and finely minced)
- 1 Large bunch cilantro (stems removed, chopped)
- juice of 2 limes
- sea salt and fresh ground black pepper (to taste)
