Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups sorghum flour
  • 1 ½ cups toasted quinoa flour
  • 1 cup millet flour
  • 1 cup tapioca starch
  • 1 cup potato starch
  • 1 ½ cups corn flour (non-GMO)
  • 2 tablespoons dry active yeast
  • 1 ½ tablespoons sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons xanthan gum
  • 2 eggs OR 2 flax eggs (2 tablespoons ground flax seeds + 6 tablespoons warm water)
  • 3 ¼ cups lukewarm water
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons coconut palm sugar or sugar
