Ingredients

  • 2 cups warm water (105 to 110 degrees)
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • ½ tablespoon active dry yeast
  • 1/3 cup melted coconut oil
  • ½ tablespoon raw apple cider vinegar
  • ¼ cup hot water
  • 1 cup Sorghum Flour
  • 1/2 cup toasted Quinoa Flour
  • ½ cup extra fine brown rice flour
  • ¾ cup potato starch
  • 1/3 cup tapioca starch
  • 2 ½ teaspoons xanthan gum
  • ½ tablespoon sea salt
  • 1 cup cooked quinoa
