Lavender And Chamomile Popsicles – a soothing and refreshing sweet summer snack, combining the power and flavor of lavender, chamomile and honey. Just 3 ingredients and minimal prep work required.

You can probably tell I’ve been into frozen treats lately. These Chocolate Protein Frozen Bites and Ombre Popsicles are the perfect example.

I love having something refreshing in the freezer, when the weather is hot.

This is why I made some frozen treats with my all time favorite flavor combinations for teas – Chamomile And Lavender Popsicles.

These popsicles are more refreshing than nutritious. They are made with just tea and sweetener. I used honey, but you can use plant based vegan sweetener like agave nectar.

Popsicles are so easy to make, they usually require minimal time to prepare and could be stored in the freezer for months.

The flavor possibilities are endless, too.  I love homemade popsicles, because they are inexpensive and a great way to satisfy your cravings for a snack.

I was a little skeptical about these, because they basically are flavored and sweetened herbal tea, there is nothing else in them.

I love these Organic Lavender Flowers and Herbal Chamomile Tea from Amazon (affiliate). They are cooking grade, but I also love them for scent sachets.

Bothe these teas have such a relaxing effect on me. I used the lavender flowers to make lavender simple syrup, which I used in this Sparkling Lavender Cocktail.

These teas taste great when both flavors are combined. You can enjoy them hot or iced, or in a frozen snack like these Lavender Chamomile Popsicles.

Chamomile is one of my favorite herbs. It reminds me of my childhood and my grandmother’s herb garden. She used to grow a lot of chamomile there. I loved the smell. I wasn’t a huge tea drinker back then, but if I ever had tea, it had to be chamomile. With honey, of course.

Chamomile has healing and digestive benefits. It also helps with relaxation.

Lavender on the other hand has anti-inflammatory properties and it also promotes relaxation.

We all know that honey is one of my favorite sweeteners. It is magical! It also has healing and antiseptic properties and it helps fight infections. If for some reason you are not a fan of it, you can always use sugar or another plant based sweetener. I’ve given approximate amount of sweetener on the recipe, but feel free to use more or less, depending on the way you like it.

For popsicle molds, I use these . They are my favorite, easy to fill, freeze and take the popsicles out.

Take some time to relax and enjoy summer. Make some Lavender And Chamomile Popsicles.
