You guys know I’m obsessed with Nice Cream, right?
I mean, I wrote an entire ebook dedicated to this cold, creamy, nutritious, alternative to ice cream (this would definitely be the time of year to grab a copy of you are anything like me and have the desire to eat ice cream every.single.day in the summer!).
Well, this is my newest favorite flavor! If you’ve never tried matcha before it had a sweet, grassy flavor (think green tea) that works surprisingly well in dessert recipes just like this. Plus the color look exactly like pistachio ice-cream, I so just had to throw them in the mix to create this winning flavor.
