Goji Berries

These small-size fruits are chewy and taste like a cross between a cranberry and a cherry.


  • ¼ cup coconut oil + 1 Tablespoon
  • ¾ cup soft Medjool dates, pits removed
  • ¼ cup almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon chia powder
  • 1½ cups rolled oats (gluten-free)
  • ½ cup whole wheat flour
  • ¾ cup baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ cup ground pumpkin seeds
  • ¼ cup cacao nibs
  • ¼ cup goji berries
