  • 1 Can organic Pinto Beans
  • 2 Large cans organic Muir Glen fire roasted diced tomatoes (Muir Farms)
  • 1 Bottle of New Belgium 1554 black lager (or other dark lager or amber)
  • 4-5 toes of minced garlic
  • ⅛ c. Dried onion flakes
  • 1 T of Cumin (more if you prefer)
  • 1 T of Chili powder (more if you prefer)
  • ⅓ c. Chopped parsley
  • salt to taste
