Italian Tuna and Shells Salad #SundaySupper

Tailgate time! Italian Tuna and Shells Salad. Use your favorite Italian dressing for this salad and leave the mayo in the fridge!

Ingredients

  • 1 12 ounce can of tuna in water, drained (use your favorite, white, chunk light, etc.)
  • 2 cups uncooked pasta shells (I use the mini shells)
  • 1/4 cup chopped roasted red peppers
  • 2 Tablespoons fresh chopped parsley
  • 1/2 cup Italian Dressing
  • 1 packet dry Italian dressing mix
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese (optional)
