Tailgate time! Italian Tuna and Shells Salad. Use your favorite Italian dressing for this salad and leave the mayo in the fridge!
- 1 12 ounce can of tuna in water, drained (use your favorite, white, chunk light, etc.)
- 2 cups uncooked pasta shells (I use the mini shells)
- 1/4 cup chopped roasted red peppers
- 2 Tablespoons fresh chopped parsley
- 1/2 cup Italian Dressing
- 1 packet dry Italian dressing mix
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese (optional)
