I asked her how she made them knowing that my two darlings would really enjoy making them. Kathy is one of the lovely people I have met through the blogs facebook page she's an inspiring upbeat and hard working lady, who lives on a farm in Kentucky. She did a guest post for Chow and Chatter once about it, its fun at times to do this and share non bloggers a href="http://www.chowandchatter.com/2013/10/kathys-kentucky-farm.html"stories/a./divdiv style="text-align: center;"/diva name="more"/abr /br /br /bIngredients:/bbr /br /br /ullione small jar of Maraschino Cherries/lilia packet of dark chocolate drops/lilia little icing for the eyes/lilia pack of slivered almonds /lilicute little helpers/li/uldivbMethod:/b/divdivbr //divdivollimelt the chocolate in a stainless steel bowl over hot water on the stove /lilidip the cherries, add a chocolate drop or Hershey's kiss for the nose and carefully place two almonds for the ears/liliallow to set on baking paper in the fridge then paint little eyes onto them/lilienjoy /li/ol/divbr /br /br /a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-bURkde6ChXk/VNTqKnKrrdI/AAAAAAAAQIA/MWzdb0xUiRY/s1600/IMG7789.JPG" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"img border="0" height="426" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-bURkde6ChXk/VNTqKnKrrdI/AAAAAAAAQIA/MWzdb0xUiRY/s1600/IMG7789.JPG" width="640" //abr /div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"br //divdiv class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"br //divdiv class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"br //divdiv class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-qFVF-PHWkPE/VNTpDdQazI/AAAAAAAAQH4/uwjuMn6Gp8U/s1600/IMG7787.JPG" style="clear: right; float: right; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-left: 1em;"img border="0" height="426" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-qFVF-PHWkPE/VNTpDdQazI/AAAAAAAAQH4/uwjuMn6Gp8U/s1600/IMG7787.JPG" width="640" //a/divdiv class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"I was contacted by a book publisher recently it really was an honor I submitted a cookbook proposal - /divdiv class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"br //divdiv class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"br //divdiv class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"Bring the world to your kitchen, explore new spices, recipes and cuisine from around the globe. The explorers kitchen is a book written by Rebecca Subbiah a Registered dietitian, food blogger and world traveler. Rebecca is a Brit married to an Indian and has a passion for cooking new healthy global dishes. Healthy eating doesn’t have to be boring by learning from other countries and letting global flavors influence our cooking we add pizazz to our food. Through travel we are able to expand our taste buds and learn new methods of cooking. This book hopes to expand your cooking repertoire and infuse fun and adventure in the kitchen./divdiv class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"Also with stories it hopes to inspire you to learn recipes as you travel. Why not take a cooking class when abroad, ask locals for tips or bring a few spices home from local bazaars and markets. By getting back to the basics of cooking and also including our children in the kitchen we take back our health a bite at a time and have fun in the process./divdiv class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"br //divdiv class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"Unfortunately it wasn't accepted saying they had similar books. Its funny I hadn't really thought about a book, but it really is every food bloggers dream. As I waited over the weeks for an answer I dreamed a little too, it was hard that it didn't work out and I still feel a little sad. But trying always counts. Who knows maybe another chance will come./divdiv class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"br //divdiv class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;" I share this to be real and share my life with its ups and downs. /divdiv class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"br //divdiv class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"Much love /divdiv class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"br //divdiv class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"br //diva href="http://www.mylivesignature.com/" target="blank"img border="0" src="http://signatures.mylivesignature.com/85743/rebeccasubbiah/sig1246163891.jpg" style="background: transparent; border: 0 !important;" //a!-- AddThis Button BEGIN --br /diva class="addthis_button" href="https://www.blogger.com/blogger.g?blogID=6916730573684015784"img alt="Bookmark and Share" height="16" src="http://s7.addthis.com/static/btn/v2/lg-share-en.gif" style="border: 0;" width="125" //a/div!-- AddThis Button END --a class="pin-it-button" href="http://pinterest.com/pin/create/button/?url=http%3A%2F%2Fchowandchatter.com"Pin It/abr /br /br /
