Take both flours in a bowl, butter, crushed pepper,  jeera, salt, turmeric and asafoetida. Mix well. Add enough water to make a stiff dough.  Make as a smooth dough (make sure there is no crack). Take the murukku press (with three holes). /divdiv style="text-align: justify;"Fill the press with dough and press in hot oil in large circles. Do not make too many layers. Just two circles. Fry in medium flame on both sides till the bubbles and ‘shhhh’ sounds ceases. Drain in paper towel and break roughly into pieces. Store in air tight container. The pepper flavor incorporates well the next day. /divdiv style="text-align: justify;"br //divdiv class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-SqUumfMgeI/UJu6Bu47-AI/AAAAAAAAI64/aLu-ekLNG18/s1600/Kara+Sev1.JPG" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"img border="0" height="426" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-SqUumfMgeI/UJu6Bu47-AI/AAAAAAAAI64/aLu-ekLNG18/s640/Kara+Sev1.JPG" width="640" //a/divdiv style="text-align: justify;"br //divdiv style="text-align: justify;"Recipe Courtesy: a href="http://www.rakskitchen.net/2011/10/kara-sev-easy-diwali-snack-recipes.html" target="blank"Rak's Kitchen/abr /br /Sending this recipe to "Tried and Tasted - Rak's Kitchen" event hosted by Sowmya of a href="http://nivedhanams.blogspot.in/2013/01/tried-and-tastedraks-kitchen.html" target="blank"Nivedhanam/a and Lakshmi of a href="http://delightsofcooking.blogspot.com/" target="blank"Kitchen Chronicles/a.br /br /div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-2mMGElUyWA/UP7jsoRS7I/AAAAAAAAJW8/izkyiEx6TwQ/s1600/Tried+and+Tasted+Jan13%5B4%5D.jpg" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"img border="0" height="320" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-2mMGElUyWA/UP7jsoRS7I/AAAAAAAAJW8/izkyiEx6TwQ/s320/Tried+and+Tasted+Jan_13%5B4%5D.jpg" width="268" //a/divbr //div/span/div
