Can you believe it’s already March? We’re getting closer to spring, St. Patrick’s Day and all of the green food and festivities are among us. I just recently have been spotting matcha green tea cupcakes and cookies, making ideas swirl in my head of a healthy green recipe to whip up this month.
Thankfully, the beginning of March also means spring break for me! A week of no work, no school and none of those rough Chicago weather conditions. Having the L down the block from my apartment can have its perks but at the same time, waiting for the train to come when temperatures are in the negatives is no fun.
