Pork Chili (Slow Cooker)

Pork Chili (Slow Cooker)

div dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;"div dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;"span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: #073763; font-family: inherit;"I had made a pork loin roast over the holidays and we had quite a bit of meat leftover.  I wrapped it tight and put it in the freezer in hopes of making something with it when I had a little more time. I decided to pull it out last week, since the craziness of sports practices was in full swing and experimented with a chili. I figured it would make a quick weeknight meal and it certainly was. Since the meat was already cooked, I used the slow cooker for this one so it had time to sit and absorb all of the flavors. I've never made a chili using meat other than ground before and it was really very good, almost more like a stew. The family loved it, which is always a good thing. You can serve this on it's own or pour over rice or egg noodles. /spanbr /a class="pin-it-button" href="http://pinterest.com/pin/create/button/?url=http%3A%2F%2Fcarriesexperimentalkitchen.blogspot.com%2F2013%2F01%2Fpork-chili-slow-cooker.html&media=http%3A%2F%2Fcarriesexperimentalkitchen.blogspot.com%2F2013%2F01%2Fpork-chili-slow-cooker.html"img border="0" src="//assets.pinterest.com/images/PinExt.png" title="Pin It" //a span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: #073763; font-family: inherit;"br //spanbr /a class="ziplist-button add-recipe small" href="http://www.ziplist.com/webkitchen/button/addrecipe?aspartner=carriesexperimentalkitchen" target="blank"img src="http://asset1.ziplist.com/wk/addrecipe-small.png" //a/divbr /div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-AlCNC6fx1zI/UOws8xeplvI/AAAAAAAAGZE/a3lGBzzTFgQ/s1600/Whiskey+Pork+Chili.jpg" style="clear: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"img border="0" height="214" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-AlCNC6fx1zI/UOws8xeplvI/AAAAAAAAGZE/a3lGBzzTFgQ/s320/Whiskey+Pork+Chili.jpg" width="320" //a/divspan class="Apple-style-span" style="color: #073763; font-family: inherit;"buPork Chili (Slow Cooker)/u/b/spanbr /span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: #073763; font-family: inherit;"4 c.
