Ingredients

  • 6-8 (12”) flour tortillas
  • French Fries
  • 2 medium russet potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cumin
  • Dash of cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • Eggs
  • 12-16 strips bacon (or less, but so good with more!)
  • 10 eggs
  • ¼ cup milk
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce (optional)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Creamy Salsa
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup (chunky) salsa
  • 2-3 teaspoons lime juice
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Hot sauce to taste (optional)
