Hello from the Basque Country where I will be spending the month of July. I just returned from teaching a workshop in the French Basque Country and will share photos from that time soon.

What describes summer better than a creamy potato salad… Can’t think of many other dishes. This one is so simple yet feels so grown up. Potatoes, smoked salmon, braised artichokes, peas, sugar snap peas, tons of herbs and dressed with gribiche. I ate two servings after we shot this.
