If you marinate for a LONG time, the flavor will be stronger. If you marinate for a SHORT time, the flavor will be mild.
You can use this Greek chicken marinade for souvlaki too. Just cut the chicken breast into small 1 inch cubes and thread them into wooden skewers that have been soaked in water for at least 30 minutes.

Cover and marinate in the fridge for a minimum of 1 hour to a maximum of 8 hours. Then, grill or bake and enjoy!
How to bake greek chicken in oven?Place the marinated chicken breasts in a baking dish. Bake at 450 degrees for 20-25 minutes until the chicken is no longer pink inside and the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit in the thickest part of the breast.
