Looking for a quick, easy recipe to make when you get home from a long day at work? This meal will take less then 15 minutes to prepare from start to finish. It may be easy to make, but it is still packed full of flavor. The Asian Sesame dressing from T lish was a perfect addition. This recipe calls for shrimp, but you can use your favorite protein or keep it vegetarian. Who’s ready to enjoy a few Asian Sesame Shrimp Lettuce Wraps?

On Monday, I shared my Spicy Apple Date Snack Cakes using Not Ketchup and Envy Apples. Today, this recipe showcased the delicious Asian Sesame Vinaigrette T lish dressing, there are three different flavors to choose from: Chipotle, Asian Sesame and Sweet Garlic … and they are all wonderful! I did make this recipe once with the Spicy Date Not Ketchup and that was a great mix of sweet and savory. So have fun mixing up the flavors and creating new variations.
- 1 lb shrimp (peeled, de-veined)
- 1 cup broccoli slaw (pre-packaged salad)
- ⅓ cup onions, diced
- ⅔ cup bell peppers, diced
- 3 Tbsp T lish Asian Sesame dressing
- Head of lettuce (I used savory cabbage and Boston butter lettuce)
