Peanut Butter and Jam Nutella Banana Blondies

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe medium/large bananas
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup peanut flour or any nut butter of choice (I use Betty Lou's Great Stuff but you could also use Pb2
  • 1 can chick peas - (1½ cups drained and rinsed)
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar or muscavado sugar ( agave syrup or rice malt syrup are fine too, as is honey)
  • ¼ cup natural sweetener /sugar of choice
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 4 teaspoons nutella or for a healthier substitute, you can use any hazelnut cacao spread
