  • ¼ cup quick oats
  • 1 can chick peas (1½ cups drained and rinsed)
  • 2 heaping tablespoons (60g) cookie butter
  • 1 tablespoon raw honey
  • ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • pinch of salt
  • ⅓ cup natural sweetener/sugar of choice
  • Topping:
  • 45g semi sweet/dark chocolate melts/chips
  • 6 (about ⅔ cup) marshmallows
