  • ¾ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup almond meal
  • ⅛ cup natural sweetener or your sugar of choice
  • ¼ cup apple sauce
  • 1 tablespoon (cold) light butter/ coconut oil
  • Pinch of salt
  • 4 red apples, peeled and finely diced
  • 2 tablespoons natural sweetener or your sugar of choice
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons custard powder or corn starch
  • ¼ cup almond meal
  • 1 cup quick oats
  • ⅛ cup natural sweetener or your sugar of choice
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons apple sauce
  • 1 tablespoon light butter/ coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Extra sweetener and cinnamon for sprinkling
