  • 4 egg yolks
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 2½ cups heavy cream, divided
  • ¼ cup Baileys Irish Cream
  • To Finish the Trifle:
  • 1 (15.25-ounce) package Mint Oreo cookies, crushed into coarse crumbs
