Preparing for the season of plenty.

It’s that time of year. It starts with Halloween and then its downhill (or uphill, maybe?) from there. The season of celebrations, cocktail parties, and holiday gatherings. The season of food. Lots of it. And drink. Lots of it.

On top of that, the coolness of winter is settling in and our bodies start to shore up for the season. Maybe storing a little more, holding on, programmed to slow down and pack it in a little more in preparation for what has been the season of scarcity. Quite the opposite of what it is now.
