I don't make New Year's resolutions.
I quit making them because I hardly ever follow through with them and then I end up making myself feel bad for not keeping them. If I don't make New Year resolutions then I can't break New Year resolutions.
I'd rather just stay active and eat better all year...I mean that's normally everyone's New Year resolution right?
Since we've been in the apartment I've been walking a ton more and just staying active which is helping me a lot with stress, anxiety and well of course a bit of weightloss. :)
