Roasted Garlic and Rosemary Compound Butter

Start off with room temperature butter. This will make it easier to mix!

Add the soft, room temperature butter to the bowl of a stand mixer.

Cream the butter in the bowl of the mixer.

Mix in a few cloves of roasted garlic. (Learn How to make Roasted Garlic Here)

Lay out a sheet of plastic wrap onto a flat surface.

Scoop the butter mixture out onto the plastic wrap.

Pull an edge of the plastic wrap over the butter and form it into a log. Roll the butter into a tube.

Lay the tube of butter onto a piece of foil.
