Spinach and Black Bean Ravioletti Soup

Makes about 8 servings

7 oz Ravioletti (or mini Ravioli), uncooked

4 cups chicken broth

3 cups of water

2 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes

3 cloves garlic, finely minced

2 teaspoons dried basil

2 teaspoons dried oregano

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

2 (15 oz) cans black beans, drained

4 huge handfuls of fresh spinach

In a large stock pot, combine the chicken broth and 2 cups of water. Add the tomatoes and bring to a simmer.
