Homemade Banana Pudding Ice Cream and my 29th Birthday!!

In the bowl of a stand mixer, mix together the milk and sugar. Mix for about 5 minutes on medium speed

Once the sugar is dissolved completely, mix in the heavy cream and the vanilla.

Turn on the ice cream maker and pour the mixture into the ice cream machines frozen freezer bowl.

After 10 minutes, slowly pour in 2 cups of Banana Pudding.

Let the ice cream churn for 15 minutes.

Now pour half of the ice cream into an

container, sprinkle on half of the crushed vanilla wafers. Pour in the other half of the ice cream. Top with the rest of the crush vanilla wafers. Now use a knife to swirl the crushed vanilla wafers into the soft ice cream.
