Vanilla Almond Chocolate Chip Cupcakes #LoveMySilk

In a large bowl, mix together the white cake mix, flour, sugar, and salt. Set Aside.  In the bowl of a stand mixer, mix together the egg whites, , and vanilla. Mix on low for about 10- 20 seconds.Slowly add the dry mix a little at a time; mixing on low until everything is combined.

Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and cool

Cream butter in the bowl of a mixer. Add cream cheese and mix well.Slowly add powdered sugar while the mixer is still mixing on low.Slowly add the vanilla. Add in the Silk Vanilla Almondmilk 1 tablespoon at a time until the icing is the desired consistency. (If you're going to pipe "grass" onto the tops of the cupcakes you'll want the icing to be kind of thick)
