Time to lift the curtain and for you to know what is really going on with me.
Im a health coach but I don't look like a perfect, slim, gym clothes wearing coach.
I really do practice what I teach - I eat a mostly vegetable based diet, I drink water and herbal tea (no caffeine) I don't do gluten, dairy or any preservatives or additives. I eat only organic foods and I do exercise. I make sure I have stable blood sugar and I love myself and look after my body, my mind and my spirit. - but yet I don't look like the perfect female body. I don't mean super skinny or the distorted view... I just mean slender and healthy for my body shape.
