Broccoli Rabe was on sale a week before Hurricane Sandy. I bought 2 bunch of these fresh ,crisp and green broccoli. The price is relatively cheap during these season.The best way to cook these broccoli rabe is sauteed with garlic and anchovies!!
- 1 bunch of rabe broccoli about 1 1/2 lb,remove the end stump about 2 inch and trimmed
- 3-4 cloves garlic,peeled and slice
- 50 gm fried anchovies
- salt to taste
- 1 tbsp chicken boullion powder
- 2 tbsp corn oil
