Fabulous Foodie Fridays #11 - Fruit & Nut Baked Muesli

A healthy baked muesli that is bursting with fruit and nuts! Mix together with some yoghurt and you have an easy, no-fuss bircher style muesli!

Ingredients

  • 125g butter
  • 40g agave syrup
  • 40g honey (if you don't have agave, you can just double the amount of honey)
  • 40g of almond butter or peanut butter (I like to use an almond and chia butter)
  • 2tbs chia seeds
  • ¼ cup cranberries
  • 2tbs LSA (ground linseed, almond and sunflower seeds)
  • ½ cup trail mix (nuts, fruit and seeds)
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 2 cups rice bubbles
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ⅓ cup chocolate baking chips (optional)
