A quick and easy breakfast that is layered with fresh, creamy yoghurt and fruit. Mix and match with your favourite fruit and nuts!
- ¼ cup chia seeds
- ¾ cup almond milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 2 tablespoons agave syrup (you could also use maple syrup)
- ¾ cup of frozen mixed berries
- 1 sliced banana (or other preferred fruit)
- 1 cup yoghurt
