Growing up we always loved food, but we we’re super adventurous. In fact I was considered a picky eater because I didn’t like quite a few of the classic family meals. Then I went to college and started going on fun dates, and one date took me to an Indian restaurant. I FELL IN LOVE!
Turns out I’m NOT super picky, I love food from all over the world! And Indian food is STILL a favorite! Everytime we make Indian food at home we also make Lassi to go with it, a yogurt based dink, usually made plain or with mango, to help cool your palate after all that spicy food! Personally my favorite is the non classic STRAWBERRY!
- 16 oz plain yogurt container
- 2 Tbsp cream
- 3 Tbsp sugar
- 8-10 large frozen strawberries (frozen helps the drink be more slushy, but you can use fresh)
- 8-10 large ice cubes
