Can I get an amen for all of this fresh spring/summer produce that’s back in our lives? I’m finding myself throwing alllll the fruit into my shopping cart lately since I just can’t get enough of it!
There’s something about the warm weather that sets me in the mood to eat light and healthy meals and I’ve been —gasp– finding myself reaching more for our fruit bowl and less for my chocolate drawer (yes, we have a full kitchen drawer full of the good stuff). One of my favorite ways to get more fruit into my diet is by whipping up a quick and delicious smoothie bowl! My favorite combination of late has been a banana raspberry smoothie base topped with all the fun toppings I have in my kitchen!

- Pinch of mint leaves
