How was May for you? Did you take the time to celebrate the little things? To relish in all of your wonderful accomplishments?
Sometimes we forget to do those things, don’t we? One of my suggestions to do today is to write down five things you accomplished last month that you’re proud of.
Finished a very important project that I’m really proud of.
Said no to sweets a few times (I always eat dessert after dinner.)
Challenge myself to some of the most difficult workouts I’ve ever done thanks to Crosstown Fitness!
