Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 apples, diced (about 2 cups)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup milk (I used skim)
  • 1½ cups applesauce
  • 8 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
