As mentioned yesterday in my first recipe post for this year, I am definitely not the one that will go for a super big healthy diet change at the beginning of the year. No resolutions here because I don’t believe there is a magic switch and boom! I’ll start eating super healthy just because it’s a new year.
BUT, I am trying to make amends and eat better through better food habits.
